I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a friend, a daughter, a sister, an aunt. I founded Living Yoga studio in Concord, New Hampshire more than 6 years ago and have been leading yoga classes and a 200-hour Registered Yoga School (with a 500-hour program coming soon) Teacher Training/Develop Your Practice Program at Living Yoga and other wellness sites in the central NH area for more than 10 years.
I am a life/wellness coach leading workshops about personal development as well as meeting with folks individually to assist them on their journey toward determining what feeds their soul. I have been studying yoga and philosophy for more than 10 years and am excited to always learn something new and so…. I spend a significant amount of time self-studying and I am a Graduate Student in the Masters in Liberal Studies program at the University of New Hampshire. My focus is women’s development, changes along the life span and how we deal with this interesting, ever-changing, exciting, amazing thing called LIFE. I constantly wonder… and am curious… about living life, the choices we make and the cycle of what it all means!

Hi Maureen,
On a day where I needed a little soulful pick me up, I checked the living yoga website this morning and found your new blog. Thanks for the pep talk- I really needed that today.
I’m looking forward to coming back soon- I need a renew and restore day very badly!
Peace, Love and Light,
Becky
Becky – thanks for letting me know that the blog gave you a ‘pick me up’ – it is one of my intentions for the blog and when folks comment it gives me a ‘pick me up’! I think of you often and hope to see you soon. xo
There are many words that I could string together, but really saying “thank you” from my heart does say it all. Coming into your studio was a first step into a beautiful journey into the path of yoga.
Although I now live many miles away from your studio your energy and wisdom still finds it way to my heart-thanks for the blog
Namaste
Nancy
Nancy,
Thank you so much for your comment. I think you are a pretty fantastic woman and that makes your comment even more meaningful. You and your daughter remind me of me and my girl – we may not be living near each other physically, but we are energetically and spiritually connected in the best way possible. I look forward to your next visit to NH -in the meantime, from my heart,
NAMASTE.
