About me

My name is Maureen Miller and I am a life/wellness coach, teacher (yoga teacher trainer), and soon to be author (yup, that’s part of my manifestation plan so I am ‘acting as if’).  I lead trainings, workshops, and e-courses focusing on philosophy, personal development, human flourishing, yoga, and other topics to assist folks on their journey toward determining what feeds their soul. I have been studying yoga, philosophy, human development, holistic healing modalities, and more, for over 15 years and enjoying being in learning mode. I spend a significant amount of time self-studying and am in Graduate School at the University of NH in the Masters in Liberal Studies program. My focus is women’s development, changes along the life span and how we deal with this interesting, ever-changing, exciting, amazing thing called LIFE. I constantly wonder… and am curious… about living life, the choices we make and what it all means!

I founded Living Yoga studio in Concord, New Hampshire more than 8 years ago and have also been leading yoga classes and a 200-hour Registered Yoga School Teacher Training/Develop Your Practice Program at Living Yoga and other wellness sites in the central NH area for more than 10 years. The 200-hour program is held in Wolfeboro, Concord and Portsmouth.  The 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program is held in Londonderry, NH.

E-courses and face-to-face sessions about Living Life, Making Choices and Women, Spirituality & Well-Being will begin in the Fall of 2013.  So many exciting events and opportunities to examine how you live your life, connect with others, and contribute to the world.

  1. Hi Maureen,

On a day where I needed a little soulful pick me up, I checked the living yoga website this morning and found your new blog. Thanks for the pep talk- I really needed that today.

I’m looking forward to coming back soon- I need a renew and restore day very badly!

    Peace, Love and Light,

    Becky

  2. Becky – thanks for letting me know that the blog gave you a ‘pick me up’ – it is one of my intentions for the blog and when folks comment it gives me a ‘pick me up’! I think of you often and hope to see you soon. xo

  3. There are many words that I could string together, but really saying “thank you” from my heart does say it all. Coming into your studio was a first step into a beautiful journey into the path of yoga.
Although I now live many miles away from your studio your energy and wisdom still finds it way to my heart-thanks for the blog
    Namaste

  4. Nancy,
Thank you so much for your comment. I think you are a pretty fantastic woman and that makes your comment even more meaningful. You and your daughter remind me of me and my girl – we may not be living near each other physically, but we are energetically and spiritually connected in the best way possible. I look forward to your next visit to NH -in the meantime, from my heart,
    NAMASTE.
